PTR records provide reverse DNS. For IPv4, the query name is the reversed octets under in-addr.arpa. Mail receivers often reject servers whose PTR does not match the HELO name.
Results come from the origin resolver on Hostinger when available, with DNS over HTTPS fallback through Cloudflare. Answers are informational and may differ from a local stub resolver because of cache, ECS, or firewall policy.
